EuroGames 2024 Vienna

Hi @Zblace, I can see the Euro Games 2024 Vienna starts on July 17, is it correct? I changed the date on the banner and on the Meta pages, and also on the central notice banner and calendar (can you please tell me if I need to add hr as language and Croatia as country). Hi @Serieminou, @Frhdkazan, @Mathieu Denel WMFr|Mathieu Denel WMFr and @Kani Beat, after @Zblace's request, we made a change on the starting date (July 17th instead of 22nd) in order to cover EuroGames 2024 Vienna too. @Camelia.boban thank you very much. You can add HR (though I am blocked there other Croatian person I work with is not yet) and more importantly please add SH, SR and BS to which I also can contribute.
