From the page:

"use this opportunity to jointly figure out how we want to move forward as a network of partners. The conference is the ideal platform to discuss and find answers to questions like the following. We would first like to collect all open questions here and, in a next step, cluster them and create session descriptions including goals, preparation needs and next steps."

Please consider the following modified version:

Answer these questions online, with the entire community, in advance of the meeting. Including defining goals, needs, and possible next steps.
Use the conference as a place to build alignment, understanding, agreement, and trust around answers to these questions. Spend time together discussing any significant difference in opinion that have already been discovered through the online discussion
Have followups online, with all who participated. (people having had meaningful participation here will also make them more inclined to engage in the next steps)
