Yes, thank you. It can be confusing. But it was done like this before: Minutes 11-24-2013. The document itself has the date and time indicated clearly (I hope). Redirects perhaps? --NTymkiv (WMF) (talk) 17:26, 18 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
At least 11-24 isn't ambiguous. Yes, moving and keeping the redirect is the solution. Nemo 17:32, 18 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
We have also Minutes 08-09-2013. For me Minutes YYYY-MM-DD works the best, I guess --NTymkiv (WMF) (talk) 18:14, 18 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

Tasks[edit]

On wikimedia-l the possibility to help with "tasks" was mentioned, but I don't see any task here. Could you mention more specifically what tasks are planned that you feel could be delegated to someone who stepped up? Nemo 17:32, 18 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

Well, Raystorm and Pundit have been working on how to improve communication about the Board's work. And there were ideas of (at least) redesigning Board's page on Meta. To be more useful, like AffCom's one. And though volunteers cannot provide a lot of substance to the messages there (that's definitely up to the Board), they can help with (even) setting up the page, (probably) creating some templates for the requests etc. I have sent a letter to the Communications team to understand better what they can do and what should be done in (my|smb's) volunteer capacity. It can be also, for example, marking for translation, translating some messages, posting on Village Pumps etc (if appropriate, of course). Some baby steps, so to say --NTymkiv (WMF) (talk) 18:14, 18 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
Actually, conceptualizing and designing a good communication and task tracking page on meta is something we need - but it is a large task and comm definitely will not be able to do it this year. If there were volunteers eager to help here, that'd be awesome! Pundit (talk) 13:57, 19 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
