- Nemo, could you remind how to change it please? This affects me as I use Ukrainian interface language on Meta, and I would rather not just copy the text in this case as I do with e.g. MediaWiki:Sp-contributions-footer/uk, as the information about current caching settings and such is prone to be subject for changes. --Base (talk) 20:24, 17 September 2017 (UTC)

Please sync this sandbox edit. It mainly focuses on proper support for right-to-left languages like Arabic, but also hard codes the documentation page title so that Template:Centralnotice-intro/doc appears on translated pages as well, and contains some code cleanup and copy edit.
