New meetups[edit]
When a new UK meetup is scheduled, add it to the following:
- Meetup/UK/Footer list
- Template:Meetup list
- w:Template:Meetup-UK
- w:Template:Meetup/June 2019, w:Template:Meetup/July 2019 or w:Template:Meetup/August 2019 whichever is applicable
- make sure that newly created month templates are transcluded to w:Wikipedia:Meetup/Calendar
- w:Template:UK Wikipedia meetups
- w:Wikipedia:Meetup/UK
- wmuk:Events

Past meetups should be modified in or removed from
- Meetup/UK/Footer list (de-greenify)
- Template:Meetup list (move most recent from upper to lower section; remove second-most recent if present, otherwise remove oldest entry)
- w:Template:Meetup-UK (as above)
- w:MediaWiki:Gadget-geonotice-list.js (simple removal)
