[edit]When a new UK meetup is scheduled, add it to the following:
- Meetup/UK/Footer list
- Template:Meetup list
- w:Template:Meetup-UK
- w:Template:Meetup/August 2024, w:Template:Meetup/September 2024 or w:Template:Meetup/October 2024 whichever is applicable
- make sure that newly created month templates are transcluded to w:Wikipedia:Meetup/Calendar
- w:Template:UK Wikipedia meetups
- w:Wikipedia:Meetup/UK
- wmuk:Events

- Template:Meetup list (move most recent from upper to lower section; remove second-most recent if present, otherwise remove oldest entry)

- w:Wikipedia:Geonotice/list.json (simple removal)
