You are blocked in bnwp now for "বট অধিকার অপব্যবহার" which I google translated as abuse of bot rights ("Bot rights abuse"). With this, I cannot accept an unblock which the block reason is "unapproved bot" and you claimed that you have bot flag at bnwp which is true but you abused the flag leading to the block.
