日本語ソースのみで英語の記事を立てることについて

Aphaia様、初めまして。お忙しいところを失礼いたします。実はこちらの記事en:Beeton Schoolに関してですが、昨日この記事を立てたところ、巡回された利用者の方に、出典の信憑性に関する物も含めてタグを3枚ほど貼られましたので、貼った方に、ご本人の会話ページとトークページとで、信用できる出典だからと伝えて除去してもらいました。何せ今日本で放送中のテレビ番組関連ですから、日本語の文献（番組ガイドブックとノベライゼーション）しかなかったのです。特に番組ガイドブックは、出演者やスタッフのコメント、制作裏話なども多くて信用できるのですが、ただ英語版、それも時代劇とかならまだしも、シャーロック・ホームズ関連ですので、やはり英語でのソースが欲しいということになるのでしょう。その後記事を編集して、ガイドブックとノベライゼーションであることを明記し、外部リンクの項を新設して、英語の記事を一応2つ置いています。

実は英語で記事を立てるようになってかれこれ1年になりますが、こういうことは初めてでした。他の記事、たとえば関連記事のen:Sherlock Holmes (puppetry)とか、他のホームズ関連記事への加筆もこのガイドブックを参考にしているのですが、その時には特に何もいわれませんでした。やはりホームズ物なので英語版には書いておきたいし、私も本当は、英語での詳しいソースが見つからないかと思っていますので、NHKや日本シャーロック・ホームズ・クラブ（この番組作成に協力）に問い合わせることも考えています。やはり日本語ソースのみだと、英語版の記事、しかも英語圏で知名度の高い物をテーマに記事を立てるのは厳しいでしょうか。実は立てたい物は他にもあるのですが、ちょっと悩んでしまいます。実はこのまま英語ウィキの方で質問すべきかと考えたのですが、Aphaiaさんが日本語を母語とされているので、まずこちらで相談させていただこうと思いました。何らかの助言を頂ければ幸いです。--Ishino (talk) 14:14, 24 November 2014 (UTC)
