Regarding this delete, the name of the file is Wikimedia Endowment 2023-24 Plan.... Are you sure that file needs a license and if so that Wikimedia wouldn't provide one? ~2025-32356-27 (talk) 02:10, 11 November 2025 (UTC)

Technically yes, it does still need to have a valid license, and while WMF might provide one, it's still required to be noted on the file page by the uploader what license they're uploading it under.
