[edit]Hey, please don't leave messages like this. I am not related to what's happening to you, neither do I want to be involved any more than I am. Also, please stop making your unblock request at fawiki on SR pages, it has already been rejected multiple times. Thank you--BRP ever 10:52, 21 June 2022 (UTC)
- Hey @BRPever:, Ok. Thank you for guiding me. I don't wanna messing around, I emailed T&S and now waiting. --Ruwaym (talk) 04:23, 22 June 2022 (UTC)
Warning
[edit]Hello.
Your actions on page Wikistress are vandalism, you will be blocked if they continue. I hope for your understanding. Mykola talk 01:30, 26 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Mykola7 I unterstand, but I don't understand love of blocking. Looks like it's an entertainment of access-holders. Ruwaym (talk) 13:37, 26 June 2022 (UTC)
- Blocking is applied to prevent damage on projects. I prefer to warn first, but if the destructive actions continue, there is no other way out. This is not the place for protest by vandalizing pages. Mykola talk 15:33, 26 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Mykola7 I guess i need to take a break, I wanna read Chekhov. Thank you for warning. Ruwaym (talk) 16:15, 26 June 2022 (UTC)

You have been indefinitely blocked
[edit]|
Unblock request declined
This blocked user has had their unblock request reviewed by one or more administrators, who has/have reviewed and declined this request. Request reason: I don't deserve infinite block, I just have some proffers, no one listes to me, no one talks about my "requests". I attacked no one too. Idescribed them negatively, as they did. --Ruwaym (talk) 16:29, 17 July 2022 (UTC) Decline reason: See below. Camouflaged Mirage (talk) 07:09, 21 July 2022 (UTC)

- You have been blocked on two projects, and you were using meta to harass the admins of that project. This block is infinite because there is no indication as to how long these activities will continue. You were told to stop making your unblock request for fawiki on SR pages above, and yet you continued. You were also warned that some of your actions were disruptive and you would be blocked if you continued by another admin, yet you continued. This is why you have been blocked.--BRP ever 01:12, 18 July 2022 (UTC)
- @BRPever: And you think infinite block is the solution? Actually I am new to Meta, you have to use another tool to learn me better, not just blocking or warnings. Why doesn't anyone talks about my cross-wiki helpful contributions, of course I don't expect access-holders to think "positively" about users. Ok, i will stop, I stop talking about any user, even a misuser.
- I don't belive your words, as you don't belive my words: "You have been blocked on two projects">"I have been unfairly blocked in more than two projects, just two infinite". " and you were using meta to harass the admins of that project.">" and I were using meta to inform all about misuse of acesss in that projects". "This block is infinite because there is no indication as to how long these activities will continue.">" This block is infinite because the blocker used some emergency examples as Habit evidence or Character evidence of the user".">"You were told to stop making your unblock request for fawiki on SR pages above, and yet you continued. ">" That is right, but the user is reporting a chaos.">" You were also warned that some of your actions were disruptive and you would be blocked if you continued by another admin, yet you continued. ">" That is right, but what the another admin said could be a bounded rationality saying, becasue no one knows what a chaos is FaWiki, reporting misuse of access and violations of the access-holders is not a disruptive action."
- But ok, I will stop. I will stop talking about any project on meta. I will refrain from reporting any issues. --Ruwaym (talk) 11:25, 18 July 2022 (UTC)
- ArWiki: 28536 edits, 1,175 created articles, ArWq: 10٬725 edits, 1,121 created articles, Wikidata: 1,346 created pages, Commons: 9,386, more than 1000 uploaded files... They are all Junk science? No one helped me, globally, no one talks to me, globally, no one listens to my reports, metawiki, no one looks to me positively, all wikis. But my "Wiki Love" is just about blocking and "Warnings" based on some fallacies, bounded rationaly, prejudices etc. So, better for me to stop, yeah. I stop. Ruwaym (talk) 11:39, 18 July 2022 (UTC)
- Erm...To be unblocked here on meta, you have to recognize what is the issues others are having with your edits. If this isn't clear enough, based on the scope of meta, here isn't an appeal court for local project issues. If you believe there is widespread systematic intractable issues that cannot be resolved on Fawp alone, the right approach is to file a RFC to discuss. I believe this is mentioned to you by others. The wrong way is to post to pages like Wikistress which is a page covering much more than just Fawp alone, and certainly not venting the frustrations on SRM etc.
- Blocks are always preventative and not punitive, so what we admins are looking at is that you understand the issues at hand regarding your editing here, and the relevant guidelines such as Meta:Vandalism and etc. In addition, it will be useful to provide some sort of plan of the type of edits you would like to make on meta. This will allow us to determine whether your edits will not further harm the project and hence, gives us the confidence to unblock.
- Given the absence of understanding of the issues at hand and the lack of concrete assurance that there will not be any recidivism after release of block, this unblock request is declined. Feel free to raise another and some other admins will determine. Camouflaged Mirage (talk) 07:08, 21 July 2022 (UTC)

Unblock request

Unblock request granted
This blocked user asked to be unblocked, and one or more administrators has reviewed and granted this request. Request reason: I Apologize for my June-July 2022 behavior, I will not continue it in August. I carefully re-read the warnings presented to me; I will follow the usual ways to solve problems. Please understand me, and recognize chaos of some wikis. You can't see a house burning and sit silent, but I gonna trust the firefighters. I am under Wikistress, a Psychological stress, explained on my En userpage. It's not just about me, I have concerns about other users too. Just a few days ago I reported a child abuse to T&S; I think I found the right ways, no need to mess around. I will stick to the guidelines. With reference to the above, i hope for unblock. With respect. Unblock reason: Per below. — xaosflux Talk 15:17, 3 August 2022 (UTC) This template should be archived normally.

- Do you understand what the purpose of the Meta-Wiki is, and more importantly what it is not now? What is your understanding of the types of issues that should and should not be dealt with here? — xaosflux Talk 18:42, 2 August 2022 (UTC)
- @Xaosflux Well, I thought Meta-Wiki is like United Nations General Assembl for Wikimedia Foundation. But your welcomed to "the global community site for the Wikimedia Foundation's projects and related projects, from coordination and documentation to planning and analysis." And about the socond question, I think Meta is not for local issues, even misusing of access there. But i can run a RFC, Requests for comment/A Critical review on Persian Wikipedia Admins, where may be useful " to gain wider input regarding conflicts or unresolved issues on other Wikimedia projects with the hopes of obtaining resolution" (for my case, Persian Wikipedia and Wikiquote+Arabic Wikiquote). But I still don't know how Mata people will intervene, when the other party - who holds more access - used to silent treatment and All local roads are closed.
- My most recent problem was a completely baseless, an Arabic Wikiquote admin accused me for "adding unsourced quotes" which is easy to check even if you don't know Arabic. Some of my problems in small wikis can be solved locally, like Wikiquotes, but not Persian Wikipedia, because the other party basically does not recognize any "problem" at all or me as a "user". As i said in first unblock review, I will stop. So there would be no "types of issues" anymore that "should and should not be dealt with here", Just vandalism, crosswiki affairs, child abuse and etc. Ruwaym (talk) 19:55, 2 August 2022 (UTC)
- To be straightforward: fawiki has a robust local community (5000+ "active" registered users), .
- Local projects are given wide latitude on how they may moderate their projects, including completely banning someone from contributing there for any reason they decide is appropriate.
- If there are life-safety issues going on the foundation staff can investigate, and you may engage them directly by email. Local volunteers are unable to assist in issues such as "child abuse".
- In the future, the Universal Code of Conduct may have more avenues for external review of local projects - but that is not yet ready to go.
- Your grievances with fawiki/faquote and/or their contributors and functionaries are things that you need to keep off of the Meta-Wiki, including requests to our functionaries such as stewards. Is this understood? — xaosflux Talk 22:00, 2 August 2022 (UTC)
- @Xaosflux Thanks you for your more information. I hope UCoC helps some samll wikis to be better place, ecpecially for multi-national-racial-cultural people like me. And yes, I got acquainted with Metawiki, I think that in principle this block could have been replaced by "warning and guidance"; Someone could come and explain to me in simple and friendly language. Better to don't block people easily by a speedy labeling. --Ruwaym (talk) 14:46, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
- I am going to unblock you now. I understand you are frustrated with fawiki, hopefully you can find other projects to work on pending any resolution there. Please note, that meta-wiki is a small "community" and doesn't have a lot of time to deal with unproductive use - I hope you can avoid falling in to that category, which could lead to another indefinite block. Best regards, — xaosflux Talk 15:17, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
- Hey @Xaosflux I appreciate you. I'm sorry if i messed around in this small but important wiki. There are even fights in the parliaments of world. I hope things gonna be better in Fawiki, for all not just me. Ruwaym (talk) 16:59, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
- Hello, just a note I did not said you can ping other admins to review. I will say take editing on meta slowly and it will always be good to ask instead of editing directly. If you need assistance or clarifications, Meta:Babel will be useful for Meta-wiki only issues and Wikimedia Forum for anything else. I hope you will take the chance of being unblocked seriously and will edit issue free here. If you require more assistance, you may leave a note on my talkpage. Best, Camouflaged Mirage (talk) 06:50, 6 August 2022 (UTC)
