Grow Board members from the communities by embracing skills that are not only typical of larger communities

Theme 4: Maintaining current practices

Some do not understand why current practices are not acceptable
- This is related to the idea that the current diversity of the Board is ok, and also the skills provided by the community-and-affiliate selected trustees.

Cómo participar

Usaremos la plataforma de Google Meet. Se aceptan invitados registrados y anónimos.
Compartiremos el enlace 15 minutos antes del inicio de la reunión. Si puedes, únete temprano.

Durante la reunión

Silenciar el micrófono cuando no esté hablando.
Si quieres hacer una pregunta, levanta la mano y espera hasta que llegue tu turno.
Mantén tus preguntas breves y sobre el tema de la llamada para recibir comentarios.
Puedes usar el chat, solo ten en cuenta que las conversaciones secundarias se conviertan en distracciones.
No te preocupes por las notificaciones tardías de acceso a la sala. Los organizadores los aprobarán.
Se grabarán las reuniones.
Se habilitarán subtítulos automáticos.
Espera moderación básica para el turno de preguntas y silenciar el ruido.
Espere una moderación rápida si alguien interrumpe la sala (el enlace es público, cualquiera puede unirse de forma anónima)
Si hay interés, al final de la hora de oficina, el equipo se quedará y mantendrá la sala abierta para una conversación informal.
