ウィキメディア利用規約の更新に関するコミュニティのフィードバックサイクル
皆さん、こんにちは。
ウィキメディア財団法務部は、ウィキメディア利用規約の更新を議論するために、コミュニティメンバーとのフィードバック・サイクルを設けます。
利用規約(ToU)は、ウィキメディア財団がホストするウェブサイトの利用を規定する法的条件です。 2月から4月にかけて、草案に対するみなさんのご意見を集める予定です。草案はいくつかの言語に翻訳され、フィードバックはどの言語でも受け付けます。
このアップデートは、いくつかの事柄に対応するものです。
- ユニバーサル行動規範の導入
- プロジェクトのテキストをクリエイティブ・コモンズ表示-継承4.0国際「CC BY-SA 4.0」に更新すること
- 非公開の有料編集をよりよく扱うための提案
- 欧州デジタルサービス法を含む、財団に影響を与える現行法および最近成立した法律に準拠した規約の制定
フィードバックサイクルの一環として、3月2日と4月4日の2回、執務時間を開催する予定です。

Community feedback-cycle about updating the Wikimedia Terms of Use closes
Hi everyone,
The comment period for changes to the Terms of Use has closed as of April 24, 2023. On behalf of the Legal department and the Foundation, I’d like to thank everyone who offered questions, comments, or even just stopped by to read through the page out of curiosity! We were pleased with the quality and volume of comments. They have been integral to creating a Terms of Use document that will serve the community and the projects going forward. Even when some feedback could not be directly integrated in changes in the terms of use text, we’ve still reviewed your comments and they have helped influence the Legal department’s other policies and work.
We have shared a couple of draft iterations during the 60 day comment period. The next step will be for the legal team to take some time to review everything, draft a final version that will be published in mid-May on the Meta consultation page[1], then we will finalize the approvals and put the update officially on Foundation wiki. Thank you to everyone who provided questions and comments!
