위키미디어 이용 약관 업데이트에 대한 커뮤니티 피드백 주기 시작
안녕하세요 여러분,
위키미디어 재단 법무 부서는 위키미디어 이용 약관 업데이트를 논의하기 위해 커뮤니티 구성원과 피드백 주기를 조직하고 있습니다.
이용 약관(ToU)은 위키미디어 재단에서 호스팅하는 웹사이트 사용에 적용되는 법적 조건입니다. 2월부터 4월까지 초안 제안서에 대한 피드백을 수집할 예정입니다. 초안은 여러 언어로 번역되며 어떤 언어로든 서면 피드백이 허용됩니다.
이 업데이트는 다음과 같은 몇 가지 사항에 대한 응답으로 제공됩니다.
- 보편적 행동 강령 구현
- 크리에이티브 커먼즈 BY-SA 4.0 라이선스로 프로젝트 텍스트 업데이트
- 미공개 유료 편집 개선 방안 제안
- 유럽 디지털 서비스법(European Digital Services Act)을 포함하여 재단에 영향을 미치는 현재 및 최근에 통과된 법률에 따라 약관을 적용합니다.
피드백 주기의 일환으로 첫 번째는 3월 2일, 두 번째는 4월 4일에 두 번의 오피스 아워가 열립니다.

Community feedback-cycle about updating the Wikimedia Terms of Use closes
Hi everyone,
The comment period for changes to the Terms of Use has closed as of April 24, 2023. On behalf of the Legal department and the Foundation, I’d like to thank everyone who offered questions, comments, or even just stopped by to read through the page out of curiosity! We were pleased with the quality and volume of comments. They have been integral to creating a Terms of Use document that will serve the community and the projects going forward. Even when some feedback could not be directly integrated in changes in the terms of use text, we’ve still reviewed your comments and they have helped influence the Legal department’s other policies and work.
We have shared a couple of draft iterations during the 60 day comment period. The next step will be for the legal team to take some time to review everything, draft a final version that will be published in mid-May on the Meta consultation page[1], then we will finalize the approvals and put the update officially on Foundation wiki. Thank you to everyone who provided questions and comments!
