Wikimedia Kullanım Koşullarının güncellenmesine ilişkin topluluk geri bildirim döngüsü başlıyor
Herkese merhaba,
Wikimedia Vakfı Hukuk Departmanı, Wikimedia Kullanım Koşullarının güncellenmesini tartışmak üzere topluluk üyeleriyle bir geri bildirim sürecini düzenliyor.
Kullanım Koşulları (ToU) Wikimedia Vakfı tarafından barındırılan web sitelerinin kullanımını yöneten yasal şartlardır. Şubat ayından Nisan ayına kadar taslak bir teklif hakkında geri bildirimlerinizi toplayacağız. Taslak birkaç dile çevrilecek ve her dilde yazılı geri bildirim kabul edilecek.
Bu güncelleme aşağıdakilere yanıt olarak geliyor:
- Evrensel Davranış Kurallarının Uygulanması
- Proje metninin Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0 lisansına güncellenmesi
- Ücreti açıklanmayan editörlüğün daha iyi ele alınması için öneri
- Şartlarımızı, Avrupa Dijital Hizmetler Yasası da dahil olmak üzere Vakfı etkileyen mevcut ve yakın zamanda kabul edilen yasalarla uyumlu hale getirmek
Geri bildirim sürecinin bir parçası olarak ilki 2 Mart'ta, ikincisi ise 4 Nisan'da olmak üzere iki ofis saati düzenlenecektir.

Community feedback-cycle about updating the Wikimedia Terms of Use closes
Hi everyone,
The comment period for changes to the Terms of Use has closed as of April 24, 2023. On behalf of the Legal department and the Foundation, I’d like to thank everyone who offered questions, comments, or even just stopped by to read through the page out of curiosity! We were pleased with the quality and volume of comments. They have been integral to creating a Terms of Use document that will serve the community and the projects going forward. Even when some feedback could not be directly integrated in changes in the terms of use text, we’ve still reviewed your comments and they have helped influence the Legal department’s other policies and work.
We have shared a couple of draft iterations during the 60 day comment period. The next step will be for the legal team to take some time to review everything, draft a final version that will be published in mid-May on the Meta consultation page[1], then we will finalize the approvals and put the update officially on Foundation wiki. Thank you to everyone who provided questions and comments!
