維基媒體基金會法律部門/2023年使用條款更新/會議/公告
關於更新維基媒體使用條款的社群反饋期現已開始
大家好，
維基媒體基金會法律部門正進行一個讓社群成員參與的反饋期，討論關於維基媒體使用條款的更新。
使用條款(ToU)是治理維基媒體基金會所管網站之使用的法律條款。我們將從2月起至4月收集社群對提案草案的反饋。草案將被翻譯成多種語言，並且接受透過任何語言書寫的反饋。
此更新是為了回應以下幾件事：
- 《通用行為準則》的實施
- 將項目內文更新為「知識共享署名-相同方式共享4.0國際」（Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0）
- 關於更佳解決未公開付費編輯的提案
- 使我們的條款符合影響基金會的現行和最近通過的法律，包括歐洲《數位服務法案》
作為反饋期的一部分，將進行兩場對話時間，第一場於3月2日舉行，第二場在4月4日舉行。

Community feedback-cycle about updating the Wikimedia Terms of Use closes
Hi everyone,
The comment period for changes to the Terms of Use has closed as of April 24, 2023. On behalf of the Legal department and the Foundation, I’d like to thank everyone who offered questions, comments, or even just stopped by to read through the page out of curiosity! We were pleased with the quality and volume of comments. They have been integral to creating a Terms of Use document that will serve the community and the projects going forward. Even when some feedback could not be directly integrated in changes in the terms of use text, we’ve still reviewed your comments and they have helped influence the Legal department’s other policies and work.
We have shared a couple of draft iterations during the 60 day comment period. The next step will be for the legal team to take some time to review everything, draft a final version that will be published in mid-May on the Meta consultation page[1], then we will finalize the approvals and put the update officially on Foundation wiki. Thank you to everyone who provided questions and comments!
