在维基社团内有几千名能懂几种语言的维基人参与编辑，但绝大部分是在自己语种内工作，很少被其他语种的人所了解，在九月初八月底，我们开辟了国际出版社团，可以在5天之内把需要翻译的文章翻译并发布到全世界。参见每周翻译，每周内可以比较容易地练习你的翻译技巧。

在维基媒体上翻译一个页面，可以参见Meta:Interlanguage links。如果你希望哪个页面被翻译成其他各种语言，只要在页面上方加上多语言模版即可，像这个页面上的一样。

你也可以将需要翻译的条目或语录放到这里.

要翻译一个条目，将其放到你要翻译的语种中(例如法语，fr.wikipedia.org )并创造一个翻译好的页面，然后将维基语种链接添加到原始页面和翻译页面上。

Would you seek for a translator from a certain language to another? You may find translators by wanted languages from Translator in the following language combinations. Translators are sorted by categories following combinations of two languages. Their competence in both languages may be known from Babel templates on their user pages.

As a center of project coordination, meta offers you several translation requests. Most of requests are for translation into several core languages, ideally into every language. Current such requests are found at Translation requests. Requests on that page are mostly related to the Wikimedia Foundation issue. However, if a local project have a request for multilingual translation, they are invited to submit their request at that page.

As content translation, most of local projects have dedicated pages. For example, fr:Wikipédia:Traductions en cours, en:Wikipedia:Translations into English(en), etc. If you are interested in content translation in general and its global promotion, you may be happy to join Content translation group.

Babylon is the Wikimedia translators' center. It provides you latest news on translation on Wikimedia project and communication chance with other translators. Don't confuse it with Babel, the general discussion place on meta.
