Description - Public information campaign for 2017 Volga Regional WikiSeminar, one of WMRU-organized periodic WikiSeminars. Wiki-communities of Wikipedias in the languages of Russia are specifically interest in using all Wikimedia Russia community events to target all (but particularly unregistered users) within the Russian Federation & in respective languages globally to overcome confusion about what is Wikipedia (ex. written by WMF staff & paid editors) & use those as a basis for domestic & international outreach & engagement activities directed at respective language communities.

Frhdkazan, Here's the banner: [1], you can add more translations here: [2]. Currently set up it to all the languages listed and English in Russia (with fallback to Russian) and to the 3 languages of Russia for the whole world. Will add more languages to the worldwide campaign when translations are provided. Bezik, Saint Johann, you were not satisfied with Russian banner text, you are welcome to provide your opinion concerning this one. --Base (talk) 02:45, 17 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
