Search box autocomplete (suggestion) should work for all namespace

Problem: For example, if you type "Wikidata:Project ch" it should suggest the Wikidata page (not item) for Project chat. Currently the SearchAll gadget is used as a workaround.
Proposed solution: Ideally, get rid of Wikidata overriding the whole search box, and instead make it run standard API request and have small(er) pluggable Wikidata part than runs the second request.

Support Searching the Property and Lexeme namespace requires performing searches using the prefixes "Property:" and "Lexeme:", there's no out-of-the-box way to search as it is possible to do using the search bar with Wikidata Items. Rdrg109 (talk) 15:04, 11 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
