Agenda

The meetup is proposed to be held for the purpose of -

1. inviting members to consider and, if thought fit, pass the annual report, which shall be passed by a special resolution with 75% or more approvals from attended members; and
2. election of the board, which the term of office shall be 2 years from 28^th September 2021 to 1^st October 2023.
