I would like to be the global administrator Meta Wikimedia because I think I'm familiar with all the policies and recommendations of all the Wikipedias of all languages spoken in the world, so that my articles on history and geography of Brazil and my state of Paraná be improved, for example, in the Wikipedias of English, Spanish, French, Italian, German and Dutch languages, because there one of them have very few contributions and also why the administrator tool allows autorreview. Closed per Ajraddatz. If this were a true RfA I'd be prevented to do so per Meta:Snowball, however since it's a misplaced request; I don't think it's worth keeping this open. —MarcoAurelio 18:15, 8 July 2016 (UTC)
