Mike.lifeguard

Dear all, I would like to nominate Mike.lifeguard for checkuser-access on Meta. He is a very experienced checkuser and often does cross-wiki-work as a steward and member of the SWMT where this access would be very handy for him (since most Meta vandalism is from users of other projects). This user has my complete trust and I hope everyone else agrees to that. (Note that Mike.lifeguard did agree to this nomination on IRC).
