Can this be added to the qualifiers

Unblock
[edit]I request the immediate and urgent unblocking of my AgorahillsCW account. While I acknowledge my wrongdoing in admitting to a lack of sources and circumventing the block, I ask for forgiveness and also request a full blocking by filing a complaint against the user Tisourcier for harassment of users who provide real sources, which he deletes behind their backs for no reason.
Sincerely, AgorahillsCW AgoraCW (talk) 18:28, 12 September 2025 (UTC)
Not done file a proper un(l)block request via Special:Contact/stewards and follow local guidelines like en:Wikipedia:Appealing a block as well in order to ask for a return on project like enwiki instead of circumventing both your local blocks as well as the global locks with new sockpuppets again and again. --Johannnes89 (talk) 06:23, 13 September 2025 (UTC)
More bullet points for preference over global blocks
[edit]Can someone add these bullet points? If not, reply with your objections:
- Abuse-only accounts
- The user is a confirmed sockpuppet on at least one project
Faster than Thunder (talk) 00:15, 1 October 2025 (UTC)
- Sockpuppetry doesn't automatically qualify an account for global locks, that's also true for "abuse-only", both usually require xwiki abuse, otherwise local admins can handle it. Johannnes89 (talk) 16:57, 1 October 2025 (UTC)
- But if #1 refers to throwaway accounts rather than long-term users, and #2 refers to a serious offense (sockpuppetry) even if any abuse is not severe, how about:
- cross-wiki sockpuppetry is involved
- the account is a cross-wiki abuse-only account (throwaway)

Global unblock request (Göksu Başaran)
[edit]Hello,
I am Göksu Başaran from the Netherlands. My IP address (109.38.140.144) appears to be globally blocked on Turkish Wikipedia.
I am a journalist and the founder of the independent media and policy platform PolicyGrey.nl. I only attempted to create an informational article about this organization, but my IP was mistakenly flagged for multiple account abuse.
I fully respect Wikipedia’s neutrality and verifiability principles. My intention was not self-promotion but to contribute factual and publicly relevant information.
I kindly request a review of this block and, if possible, that my IP be unblocked or that I be allowed to create an account again.
Thank you for your time and understanding.

- @~2025-28333-97 / @Göksu Başaran the IP address you mentioned is not globally blocked, it's just locally blocked at nlwiki [1]. You shouldn't have any issues on trwiki, unless it's a different IP you're talking about. Johannnes89 (talk) 09:40, 11 October 2025 (UTC)
Global unblock request (IP address 2603:6013:A740:326B:0:0:0:0/64 blocked)
[edit]I am appealing the block on my IP address. The block reason is: Cross-wiki abuse. I sincerely apologize for my disruptive actions and fully accept that they were a violation of Wikimedia's policy. I have read the relevant policies and understand why my behavior was unacceptable. I assure you that this will not happen again, and I would like to be granted an opportunity to contribute constructively. Lmurdock20 (talk) 13:09, 17 October 2025 (UTC)
