通用行為準則協調委員會（U4C）是一個執行架構，致力於公平、一致地執行《通用行為準則》（UCoC）。
职能与职责
U4C工作所遵循的方针、流程于U4C章程中定义，其由建构委员会制定，并于2024年1月至2月通过运动整体投票批准。
委员会职能与职责的更详细介绍可于章程第1.1、1.2节中查询。
根据章程，U4C：
- 處理《通用行為準則》執行規範中概述的情況下的投訴和申訴，包括但不限於：
- 缺乏執行《通用行為準則》的地方自治能力；
- 與《通用行為準則》互相衝突的當地決策；
- 地方自治機構和團隊拒絕執行《通用行為準則》；
- 缺乏資源或缺乏意願來解決妨礙通過地方自治程序充分執行《通用行為準則》的問題；
- 進行任何必要的調查以解決上述投訴和申訴；
- 為社群提供有關《通用行為準則》最佳實踐的資源，例如強制性培訓材料、由維基媒體運動成員和組織創建的培訓資源以保證其質量（超出《通用行為準則》協調委員會本身監督的基本《通用行為準則》培訓材料），以及其他所需資源；
- 如有需要，與社群成員執行機構合作，提供《通用行為準則》執行規範和《通用行為準則》的最終解釋；
- 評估《通用行為準則》執行的有效性，並提供改進建議。
Note： 《通用行為準則》協調委員會不受理主要不涉及違反《通用行為準則》或其執行的案件。
通用行為準則協調委員會也負責組織《通用行為準則》及其執行規範的年度審查。

If you have a concern with Universal Code of Conduct enforcement or appeals, please file a case. Please note that the U4C only accepts private cases on an exceptional basis in situations where user privacy may be involved.
Users who would like to contact the committee with questions or to submit private evidence may do so by emailing u4c. Please provide a brief (1-2 sentence) summary before providing details, and include any relevant links or screenshots in your initial email. This will help us to appropriately triage and respond to your request.

- 查看用户查核日志 (checkuser-log)
- 查看被删除的历史项目，不含相关文本 (deletedhistory)
- 查看已被删除的文本及已删除版本间的差异 (deletedtext)
- 编辑受保护的页面（semi protected） (editsemiprotected)
- 启用双重身份验证 (oathauth-enable)
- 检索有关附加到修订版本或日志记录中的IP地址信息 (ipinfo)
- 访问与修订版本或日志记录相关的完整IP信息 (ipinfo-view-full)
- 执行触发验证码的操作时无需验证 (skipcatcha)
