Wikimania 2013 CentralNotice Campaign Changes

Hey; I just wanted to let you know that I had to make a change to your campaign on CentralNotice for Wikimania2013. Specifically a different campaign [11] needed to run in the Phillipines but we had a priority problem with a fundraising banner. So I bumped them to high priority and made a new campaign for WM2013 which was priority high only when geotargetting the Phillipines. I called this wm2013_reg_phillipines [12]. Bad central notice

Together with Language Diversity Hub, the Capacity Exchange (CapX) team will host its first Translation Marathon dedicated to ensuring linguistic equity in access to this amazing tool aimed to connect Wikimedians.
