"eligible"/"rejected"/"approved"

As per Language committee/Voting policy, only the formal/clerk Langcom members are having rights of those privilege-related edits, thus please do not make such change by yourself, instead pinging/emailing/leaving messages to them. --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 04:33, 23 January 2018 (UTC)

regarding local upload settings

I think, requests that looks like phab:T185830 should be much more careful, because it affects to our Licensing policy. Requests for new languages

Please do not start creating these requests unless they are in languages where you can create content and contribute to a test.
