My user is blocked[edit]

This blocked user asked to be unblocked, and one or more administrators has reviewed and granted this request.

Request reason: For reasons unknown to me my IP is blocked. I am informed in German like this: "Deine aktuelle IP-Adresse ist 84.16.242.157 und der gesperrte Bereich ist 84.16.224.0/19". current IP address is 84.16.242.157 and the block ID is #12002 The block was initiated by User:Vituzzu and this is the second time that it happened. Please unblock my user de:Benutzer:FerdiBf. I contributed more than 15.000 edits and more than 400 articles and I am not aware for any reason which could justify this blocking. Thanks for your support.

Request reason: Dear all My user is blocked again by Vituzzu using the same reason. It says in German: Deine aktuelle IP-Adresse ist 178.162.197.91 und der gesperrte Bereich ist 178.162.192.0/19 (so my IP address seems to be in some blocked range). I still don't know what really happened, whether I did something wrong or whetcher there is anything which I could do to avoid this. I would be greatful for any hint about this. Request reason: Please unblock my user. It happens from time to time that my IP is in range of blocked IPs. I have no idea why.

Decline reason: There is nothing for admins to do at meta as you are not blocked here at meta, that I can see. I will hazard a guess that you are trying to edit another wiki and are having issues due to a steward block of an IP range. I would also suggest that once your global IPBE is in place that at your local wiki that you apply for a permanent local block exemption, as that will override any blocks that any stewards put in place for all time. — billinghurst sDrewth 21:37, 14 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
