About CEE Hub Office hours

CEE Hub Office Hours are online meetups where the CEE Hub team connects with Wikimedians from Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia. They are a space to share updates, ask questions, and simply connect with other community members.

The goal of these sessions is to keep everyone interested informed about regional opportunities, help communities collaborate and learn from each other, support the growth of Wikimedia projects across the region, and make it easy to connect with the Hub and other Wikimedians.

  • Active contributors looking for new ways to get involved
  • Community members curious about grants, contests, programs, or events
  • Anyone who wants to meet the CEE Hub Staff, peers from the region, share experiences, or get advice

No matter the experience level or role, Office Hours are for anyone who wants to stay up to date with the ongoing and upcoming regional opportunities.

What happens during Office Hours

During each session, you can hear about upcoming programs, events, and support from the Hub, ask questions or share suggestions and ideas, join open discussions with peers from different countries, connect and catch up with other Wikimedians in a relaxed setting.

How to join

Office Hours happen online twice a year: in Spring and Autumn. To participate:

1. Follow the communication channels or check the CEE Hub Office Hours page and learn about the upcoming meeting.
2. Register to receive the meeting link
3. Join the session with your questions, ideas, or just to say hi
