- Hello @मनीष पँवार: Thanks for your message. As far as I can see @Aviram7's candidacy is for rollback rights, which can be granted and removed locally by hi.wikipedia administrators. - Hello @मनीष पँवार: According to https://meta.toolforge.org/stewardry/hiwiki @संजीव कुमार has edited today and @SM7 did edit a couple of days ago. Could you please message them on their talk pages and ask them to close that request? Since hi.wikipedia has active local administrators, and this is not an emergency, stewards cannot assign local rights there per our policy.
