Ability to filter Watchlist in Wikidata via language

• Problem: I have many items on my watchlist in Wikidata and I'm only able to evaluate the quality of edits of labels/descriptions/interwikilinks in German and English. Yet whenever there are changes in another language on the items I watch they show up and clutter my watchlist.
• Who would benefit: All Wikidata editors who use the watchlist.
• Proposed solution: Allow users to filter out changes in the watchlist that aren't in the languages in their babel box.
