Advanced sorting on Commons

Problem: We haven't any advanced sorting parameters on Commons.
Proposed solution: Adding sorting features on parameters like date, to Wikimedia Commons.
Who would benefit: Wikimedia Commons users

@Kurmanbek: You mean sorting the search results for photos, by creation date (of the photo / copyright date, not the upload) ? Are there other properties that you would want to sort by ?
