ESEAP Preparatory Council is a council to continue the work done by the ESEAP Interim Hub Committee.
The aim of the Preparatory Council is to:
- Produce documents that meet standards for funding and complete other critical documents that are required for a successful funding request
- Refine all completed works by the ESEAP Interim Hub Committee, including the draft statement, the Roles and Responsibility document, Theory of change, etc.
- Represent the ESEAP as an interim committee.
There are 9 members in the ESEAP Preparatory Council, which consists of:
- Affiliate Seats: Athikhun Suwannakhan, Belinda Spry, Dody Ismoyo, Reke Wang
- Community Seats: Irvin Sto. Tomas, Johnny Alegre, Robert Sim
- Individual Seats: Agus Damanik, Vanj Padilla
