Speedy deletion of Association of Wikipedians Reformers/ Alliance to Change Wikipedia

Should this be deleted per Meta:Deletion_policy#G3 ("controversial clause") or taken to RfD? I'm not sure, so I'm inviting other admins to comment. I hope I didn't make a mistake by opening this discussion instead of just deleting it.
