Reason(s): Possible spambots. The behavior of the first two accounts is similar. The third account did not create a spam link but looks suspicious. ↠Pine (✉) 06:41, 3 December 2019 (UTC)

This a clearcut case for spamming. Technical data is inconclusive for the first two. I haven't check the last one because that is an old account only at outreachwiki so there is no point checking and a clear userpage spam which is common. Anyways, I've locked all of them. Reason(s): Possible connection between these 3 accounts for disruptive sockpuppetry and vote-stacking. One of them (bobbynihi) has been blocked permanently. The second one (TakisA1) has already confirmed puppet and the third one has emerged all of a sudden to vote in sysop election process, when Bobbynihi was blocked. Group 2  Confirmed: Pc456, Johnadam001, 遠離顛倒夢想究竟涅槃, Gg089, T40k1a and 凡所有相皆是虛妄.
