(Edit conflict.) @DarkMatterMan4500: Are you talking about stewards' ability to check accounts when they are locked? As far as I'm aware, the main aim of global locks is to stop disruptive users from editing globally, and they can't login to their accounts. If an account is already blocked on the only wiki they've edited on, what's the point in a global lock?

Also, that shouldn't be a way to measure when an account should/should not be reported to SRG. An account should only be requested for a lock if there's vandalism/spam. I wouldn't report if an account hadn't edited in a week, let alone nearly 6. --Ferien (talk) 21:38, 5 October 2021 (UTC)

Unpatrol

Hi Ferien, I noticed your comment on current GR request and I am a little bit confused. You said that DannyS712 bot III will unpatrol those page created by a GR which does not have autopatrol flag on enwiki, but as far as I know, this is still a bug that if a page is patrolled, there is no way to undo this action. @Stang: I'm a new page patroller on enwiki and am quite sure that pages can be unpatrolled; and I have used that functionality before. Java Hurricane 17:55, 31 December 2021 (UTC)

Thanks for your response, but I still don't really get it: what is the difference between "review" and patrol? IMO there is a button at bottom right, which could "mark a page as patrolled". So how could this be undo on the interface or this could only be done by some API request? If I confuse some term, please let me know. Thanks. Stang 18:18, 31 December 2021 (UTC)

If I may, page patrollers on en wiki use the Page Curation tool which makes it easy for us or any bot to mark a page
