My name is Paul Kaganer.
I'm from Saint-Petersburg, Russia. I'm a IT project manager, married, two sons.
My birthday was on December 19, 1973.
I am a member of the Arbitration Committee in Russian section of Wikipedia (since Dec. 2005 to Dec. 2006). I also member of Wikimedia RU (russian local chapter of Wikimedia Foundation).
Mostly I write in Russian section of Wikipedia, but please leave notes for me there.
