I’m Jethro, and I’m seeking your help in deciding topics for new IdeaLab campaigns that could be run starting next year. These campaigns aim to bring in proposals and solutions from communities that address a need or problem in Wikimedia projects. Open Call for Individual Engagement Grants

Greetings! The Individual Engagement Grants (IEG) program is accepting proposals until April 12th to fund new tools, research, outreach efforts, and other experiments that enhance the work of Wikimedia volunteers. Whether you need a small or large amount of funds (up to $30,000 USD), IEGs can support you and your team’s project development time in addition to project expenses such as materials, travel, and rental space.

Hello, @Ah3kal: ,rationale for s:tr:Atatürk Şiiri is 'it's not poem' apparently that page is partly copied from s:tr:Atatürk'ün Türk Gençliğine Hitabesi and wrongly named, rationale for s:tr:Hasan başusta is that it's not notable, that page appears to be promotional. Change war and vandalism by Kumkumuk alias Erdemaslancan on Zazaki translations

Dear Hakan! How can we stop Erdemaslancan? He ruines the whole Zazaki project. Under various aliases he keeps trying. He is not a native speaker of Zazaki, as he claims it. He can neither southern nor northern dialect of Zazaki. His knowledges are about equal to zero. In addition he still insultes us (annelerimize küfrediyor) every time. 2016 Community Wishlist Survey

We specifically opted out of Global Sysops

Hello, we specifically opted OUT of global sysops years ago because we are not a small wiki and we don't want non-Amharic speakers who cannot even understand Amharic throwing their "weight" around. So how is it that u\you, a member of the "small wiki " team, got the ability to do just that? Although what you dealt with was indeed vandalism, we have sufficient local sysops who know AMharic, We SPECIFICALLY OPTED OUT OF GLOBAL SYSOPS AND YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO THIS Til Eulenspiegel (talk) 12:57, 22 November 2016 (UTC)
