The pre-final set of recommendations is available here for community review from January 20 to February 21.

December 2019

Resource Allocation working group member Daria Cybulska has shared a blog post about how the group developed its recommendations and the experiences and challenges along the way: Funding utopia when you’re already a free knowledge utopia.

November 2019

Members of the nine working groups concluded their task of drafting nine sets of recommendations. Instead, three new groups have been composed. Their task was to create a single, synthesized, coherent set of recommendations.
