Tanzania request 3710, but individual figures total 1970
Zambia request 700, total is 850
Botswana;
- admin charge says unit price 100, x1 = 1000, that should be 100
- total for Botswana BWP18000
  - admin at 1,000 it should equal BWP22,000 approximately USD1980
  - unit cost of admin, it should be BWP21,100 approximately USD1900
  - requested USD is 1990
Burandi has total 1485, but the cost only add up to 1205

Overall the request is 17105 but allowing these errors I get a total of 15147, can you please address these issues and check the sums.

Clarification on Burundi budget request[edit]

In response to the request for clarifications regarding the requested budget for Burundi, I confirm that the total request for Burundi is for a total amount of $1483. In fact, in the items submitted, an item named Flier/roll up & visibility material was omitted for an amount of $278.

The total amount request on behalf of Burundi is 1483$ as detailed below:

Flier/roll up & visibility material: 278$ x 1 = 278$ (This had been omitted)

T-shirts with wiki logo: 12$ x 15 = 180$ (15 members)

Hall rental: 50$ x 5 = 250$ (5 days)

Transport & refreshment: 9$ x 15units x 5days = 675$ (15 members for 5 days)

Internet connection fees: 50$ (Fixed cost)

Unforeseen costs: 50$

Grand Total cost 1483$

In addition, I confirm that I am aware of the Scholarship request made by Wikimedia Community User Group Tanzania on behalf of Burundi User Group. This is done after the interactions and consent to make a single application on behalf of the region in which Burundi is a member country. To do this, Burundi does not and is not planning to apply for other Wikimania 2021 funding. Tanzania has applied for us.

Accounting clarification for the Tanzania's budget[edit]

Hi Gnangarra, Thank you for your comment on Tanzania's budget. However, I kindly ask for somemore clarification concerning the Tanzania Budget.Your comment reads Tanzania request 3710, but individual figures total 1970 but when I tried adding up again the individual figures (figures per each item), the total still came the same 3710 (Which is the proposed budget for Wikimedia Tanzania itself to attend virtual Wikimania conference + costs for post Wikimania conference activities + Administrative costs related to distribution of the fund to other communities). In case there is something I didn't get it right, kindly let me know and I will do the respective changes as it may be recommended/advised.
