Scratch olympiad/Rules3[edit]

Hi Наталия Топоркова, Reda Kerbouche asked me to allow translation of Scratch olympiad/2019 and other related pages. About pages like Scratch olympiad/Rules2, I need to move Scratch olympiad/Rules2/en to Scratch olympiad/Rules2 in order to allow technically the translation. However, there exist Scratch olympiad/Rules3 and Scratch olympiad/Rules3/en, both created by you. And so I cannot move Scratch olympiad/Rules3/en to Scratch olympiad/Rules3. The Research team could use your help[edit]

The Wikimedia Research team is developing a new algorithm that automatically recommends sections for editors to add to articles. Translations have already occurred for some of the few languages that we are testing in, except for Spanish and Russian.
