Hey, As I don't speak French (used google translator to translate your text), I'm replying here in English. According to Special:CentralAuth/MOSSOT your account is not blocked anywhere even in Wikidata. It is possible that the IP address you are using is blocked for abuse so the block is not directly on you. You are just affected by autoblocks. There are ways to bypass it, if you change your IP address than the block will likely vanish or you can ask for IPBE right here if you want to exempt the block. Hey @Liuxinyu970226: I'm really not sure about this. I haven't seen any member from Bengali community ever expressed interest on wikiversity. That being said, Projects like Bengali Wikibooks, Wiktionary are barely active. Last year, wikivoyage project got approved but day by day the users from it also declining. Only active projects right now are Wikipedia and Wikisource. So if you ask me then I'd say it won't be a very good idea right now as there is no interest at all :P ~ Nahid ^Talk 14:56, 15 February 2019 (UTC)

I don't know the reason, but you certainly had a good one. The person who caused the blocking has probably left 6 months ago (the hotel is open only on french holiday time) and the blocking disturbs only innocent users like me. You can check my account, I haver never been blocked by french administrators even for one single day.

আপনার আগ্রহের জন্য ধন্যবাদ। আমরা চাই সবার অবদানের মাধ্যমে বাংলা উইকিপিডিয়া সমৃদ্ধ হোক। কিন্তু কেউ যখন উইকিপিডিয়াকে নিজের প্রচারণার টুল হিসেবে ব্যবহার করেন তখন তার উদ্দেশ্য নিয়েই আসলে প্রশ্ন থেকে যায়। ‘আলমগীর হোসেন শিশির’ নামে যে নিবন্ধটি তৈরির চেষ্টা আজকে করা হয়েছে, সেটি নতুন নয়। এরপূর্বে বেশ কিছু অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করে অনেকবার বিভিন্ন নিবন্ধে এই নাম যুক্ত করা, আলাদা নিবন্ধ তৈরি ইত্যাদি বেশ কিছুদিন যাবতই চলছে। এক্ষেত্রে নিবন্ধটি কেন উইকিপিডিয়ায় যুক্ত করা যাবে না, সবচেয়ে বড় কথা হল কেন নিজের বিজ্ঞাপন বা প্রচার উইকিপিডিয়ায় করা যাবে না তা বেশ কয়েকবার বুঝানো হয়েছে। কিন্তু তারপরও দেখা গিয়েছে, পুনরায় নতুন অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করে পুনরায় একই কাজ করা হচ্ছে। তারমানে যিনি বা যাঁরাই এই কাজটি করছেন তাঁদের উদ্দেশ্য উইকিপিডিয়াকে সমৃদ্ধ করা নয় নিজেদের প্রচারণা। আর এ জন্য যে অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে এগুলো করা হচ্ছে সেগুলো বাধা দেওয়া হচ্ছে, সাথে সাথে অ্যাকাউন্টের সাথে ব্যবহৃত আইপি ঠিকানাও স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বাধাপ্রাপ্ত হচ্ছে। আপনি বা যাঁরাই উক্ত আইপি থেকে সম্পাদনা করতে চান দয়া করে ‘আলমগীর হোসেন শিশির’ নামের নিবন্ধ তৈরি বা অন্য নিবন্ধে যুক্ত বন্ধ করুন। আর আইপি ঠিকানার বাধা ২৪ ঘন্টা পর বাতিল হয়ে যাবে। তখন যদি সত্যিকার অর্থে উইকিপিডিয়াতে অবদান রাখতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে আরো অনেক কিছু রয়েছে লেখার সেগুলো লিখুন। এরমধ্যে, উইকিপিডিয়া:উইকিপিডিয়া কী নয় ও উইকিপিডিয়া:টিউটোরিয়াল পাতাগুলো পড়ে উইকিপিডিয়া কী নয় বা কীভাবে অবদান রাখা যায় তা জানুন। ধন্যবাদ। ~ Nahid ^Talk 18:57, 22 November 2019 (UTC)
