Usage of sockpuppets by Makivan1733[edit]

Hello. I am a user in zh-yue wiki and I know your are a sysop in there. I would like to know why no action is taken when you discover User:Makivan1733 has controlled some sockpuppets, especially some of them (such as User:Kfk2, User:Kfk3...etc) involved massive vandalism and were blocked indefinitely.

Recently, there are some suspected sockpuppets again in a voting in zh-yue wiki, and Checkuser is in process. I suspect that the ultimate controller may be Makivan1733 as well. --Kowlooner (talk) 12:23, 18 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

That's why I am holding the IPBE application for that account. As the related IP was auto-blocked for 24 hours due to the previous blockage was related to the non appropriate username. FYI, that's another sock-puppets for the account Makivan23 in zhwiki. But there's no indention to show the account Makivan23 is related to Makivan1733 on there, except the account Ychlpyss maybe showing the relationship between zhwiki, yuewiki and commons.
