वैश्विक प्रचालक धोरण आणि माहिती

या पानावर वैश्विक प्रचालक गटासाठीचे मानांक आणि मार्गदर्शक तत्वे दिलेली आहेत. जर तुम्हांला तुमच्या प्रकल्पावर प्रचालकीय कृतीची विनंती करायची असेल तर इथे नोंदवा {{Meta:Requests and proposals|मेटा:विनंत्या आणि प्रस्ताव}}, Global sysops/Requests आणि स्टिवर्ड विनंत्या/मिश्र विनंत्या.

वैश्विक प्रचालक हा खूपच विश्वासपात्र सदस्यांचा असा गट असतो ज्यांचे अनेक विकिंवरचे योगदान त्यांना विश्वासपात्र बनवते. या सदस्य गटाला जवळपास सर्व सार्वजनिक विकिंवर sysop privileges प्रचालकांचे अधिकार असतात. ज्याचा वापर त्यांनी उत्पातविरोधी आणि नेहमीच्या स्वच्छतेच्या कामासाठी करणे अपेक्षित आहे. त्यांनी आपल्या अधिकाराचा वापर सर्वच विकिंवर करणे अपेक्षित नाही. शिवाय इतर विकिंच्या मजकूरावर किंवा समुदायावर त्यांना जास्तीचे अधिकार नाहीत.

व्याप्ती

वैश्विक प्रचालकांना त्यांचे अधिकार कोणत्याही विकि प्रकल्पावर खालील परिस्थितींमध्येच वापरता येतील.

• जर त्या प्रकल्पावर दहा पेक्षा कमी प्रचालक असतील; किंवा
• जर त्या प्रकल्पावरील तीन पेक्षा कमी प्रचालकांनी गेल्या दोन महिन्यात लोग इन कृती केल्या असतील तर.

जर स्थानिक समुदायाने एकत्र येऊन असे ठरवले की, त्यांना त्यांच्या प्रकल्पावर वैश्विक प्रचालकाचा हस्तक्षेप नको आहे, तर त्यांनी तसा ठराव पारित करून, स्टिवर्डला त्या ठरावाबद्दल कळवण्यात यावे. सध्या विकि संच असे विकि प्रकल्प आहेत जिथे वैश्विक प्रचालकांना त्यांचे प्रचालकीय अधिकार वापरता येत नाहीत. नेमणूक

वैश्विक प्रचालक अधिकारासाठी Steward requests/Global permissions|स्टिवर्ड विनंत्या/वैश्विक परवानग्या येथे करू शकता, आपली विनंती स्टीवर्डकडून मान्य केली जाईल, जर तुमच्या विनंतीवर समुदायाने चर्चा केली आणि अधिकारासाठीची चर्चा कमीत कमी दोन आठवडे चालवली जाईल. शिवाय लक्षात ठेवा इथे चर्चा होईल मतदान नाही; त्यामुळे समुदायाची चर्चा मोजक्याच मुद्द्यांवर आणि एकतर अधिकाराच्या बाजूने किंवा विरोधात असू शकते.

अधिकार काढून घेणे

वैश्विक प्रचालकाचे अधिकार सक्रियता आणि समुदायाचा पाठींबा अशा दोन अटींवर चालू राहातील.

निष्क्रियता:

स्थानिक विकि प्रकल्प सोडून इतर विकिंवर सहा महिनेपर्यंत प्रचालकीय कृती न केल्यास वैश्विक प्रचालकीय अधिकार आपसूकच रद्द होतील.

Vote of confidence:

Any steward may remove a global sysop's rights at any time if they feel the tools have been misused, or if a request for comment has shown that a significant minority does not trust the global sysop. If this occurs and the global sysop wants the tools back, a vote of confidence shall occur, where the global sysop must retain the consensus of the community in order to return their access.

Permissions

This is the list of permissions, with explanations, which global sysops have. The permissions are nearly identical to those of regular administrators ; however, these permissions apply to any Wikimedia Foundation project that has not opted out of the global sysops' access list. They are not capable of changing any local userrights either (unless they also have appropriate local permissions).

Communication

Global sysops must have user pages on every wiki they use their global sysop access on, which provide contact information or link to their primary user page (creation bot available currently). Generally a global user page on Meta will cover that requirement, and those users are asked to include a user language declaration ("Babel").

For urgent help from a global sysop, join the IRC channel #wikimedia-gs^connect and type !gs in the channel to get the attention of global sysops.

If a user cannot resolve a dispute by talking to the global sysop, they can place a complaint on Talk:Global sysops, or contact any steward .

Global sysops may contact each other via the private mailing list.
