[edit]
— Ace111 14:52, 13 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
15. - Ace111 15:24, 13 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
--Kaganer 19:49, 13 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Acebot

[edit]

Hello. The edits of your bot are visible in Special:RecentChanges, in spite of Acebot having a bot flag. Probably something in the bot's code is causing this. Could you please have a look at it? Best regards. -- MarcoAurelio (talk) 23:35, 10 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I tried to solve this issue, see http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:RecentChanges&hidebots=0&namespace=10. -- Ace111 (talk) 16:03, 20 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

ceb:WP has 33rd rank

[edit]

In {{Wikipedias by article number}} ceb:WP has 37th rank while it really is in 33rd rank. --Arno Lagrange  08:29, 10 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Corrected. By the way, it has already 32nd rank. — Ace111 (talk) 13:38, 10 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Bold on Wikimedia News

[edit]

Thanks for the recent announcements at Wikimedia News, but as I've mentioned earlier, if we bold too many things, it negates the benefit of bolding anything in the first place. I think we need to limit ourselves to using bold only for article-count milestones for individual content wikis (so, not for edits or user counts, nor for groupings of wikis, like "all Wikipedias"), mainly because those are the milestones that are tracked in the the tables at the bottom of the page. If you disagree, let's discuss it on the talk page. - dcljr (talk) 06:10, 20 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Added

[edit]

I added Category:Statistics to Andoza:NUMBEROF/data. Please keep it so it doesn't show up in Special:UncategorizedPages. πr2 (t • c) 20:43, 11 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Your bot has created it again: Andoza:NUMBEROF/data. Should I have it deleted or is it ok now? πr2 (t • c) 01:33, 20 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
Actually, this template should go to Uzbek Wikipedia (uz:Andoza:NUMBEROF/data). It should be deleted in meta. Sometimes there are some problems if bot tries simultaneously write both to meta and a usual Wikipedia. − Ace111 (talk) 01:40, 20 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
Created on Meta again. I'm going to protect it from creation. πr2 (t • c) 23:35, 9 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
Yes, thank you, it's a good idea to protect it from creation. − Ace111 (talk) 23:57, 9 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Fundraising translation feedback

[edit]

Hey Ace111,

I wanted to ask for your help. As you may be aware we have been running banners on many language wikis. We have a lot of new content this year and I really want to conduct a thorough review of our translations. This is a combination of feedback from the community, readers, donors as well as those with professional translator experience. This will help us ensure the highest quality of translations used in our messaging.

To help us out with this I wonder if you would be willing to give us feedback for Russian using This Link

Simply follow the simple instructions on that page and if you have any questions feel free to contact me on my talk page.

Many Thanks

NUMBEROF/data

[edit]

Would it be possible to create similar templates for projects other than Wikipedia (e.g. Wiktionary, Wikibooks)? PiRSquared17 (talk) 20:45, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Why do you think they are needed? And for which projects? — Ace111 (talk) 23:45, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
If we have Wikipedia stats, we should have stats for other families of projects IMHO. It would make some pages simpler. PiRSquared17 (talk) 02:18, 28 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
Why not? Also, have you considered outputting as Lua module as well? PiRSquared17 (talk) 00:17, 21 February 2014 (UTC)Reply
Could you please explain me what does Lua module mean and why the output should use it? — Ace111 (talk) 00:23, 21 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

NUMBEROF/data 2

[edit]

Why your AceBot doesn't update the Template:NUMBEROF/data? --Antonio1952 (talk) 14:52, 5 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Done. Sorry, password token was not updated after requesting re-login for all accounts in April. I did it for Wikipedias, but for some reasons this did propogate to the Wikimedia account automatically. — Ace111 (talk) 21:20, 5 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
All's well that ends well :-) --Antonio1952 (talk) 15:26, 6 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

[edit]

С уважением,--AryanSogd (t) 15:13, 25 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

— Ace111 (talk) 15:23, 25 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

NUMBEROF/data

[edit]

Hi, can you please activate Acebot again? {{NUMBEROF/data}} and {{NUMBEROF}} were not updated since 25 September 2017. Thanks!--Aliwal2012 (talk) 15:17, 14 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Same for sr:Шаблон:NUMBEROF/data. Bot stopped on 25 August and now on 25 September. --Obsuser (talk) 03:42, 24 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

There is no updates anymore on sr.wikipedia org. Can you start updating again? --5.43.78.148 11:59, 11 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please add Atikamekw (atj) to Template:NUMBEROF/data

[edit]

I've tried to add Atikamekw to NUMBEROF/data myself and it appears I'm missing some piece of it. Acebot writes over it the following day. Is this something other editors can update or are languages added to Acebot's list only on request through you? If so, could you please add Atikamekw? Thanks,
Aremisasling (talk) 20:12, 2 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Done I added the following languages: atj, kbp, din. — Ace111 (talk) 00:36, 5 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
Thanks. Aremisasling (talk) 16:03, 5 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Scowiki bot creations

[edit]

Hello. What exactly is the purpose of the pages your bot has been creating on scowiki? They're like templates but instead of "Template:NUMBEROF/data" they're in different languages, like "Шаблон:NUMBEROF/data". --AmaryllisGardener talk 04:48, 26 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, there was some problem in doing your request at en:User talk:Acebot#NUMBEROF_on_scowiki. It seems that it is now fixed. I made requests to delete 4 templates in different languages, they should not be created again. Thank you. — Ace111 (talk) 22:33, 26 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
