Please be sure to follow the instructions below: Your request might be rejected if you don't follow the instructions. Please also review Global blocking . Only IP addresses can be globally blocked at this moment. Please see #Requests for global (un)lock and (un)hiding if your request involves an account. Global blocks don't affect Meta-Wiki, so if your IP address is blocked, you can still appeal here. IP addresses that cause disruption on Meta should be reported at Meta:Requests for help from a sysop or bureaucrat instead of here so that they can be blocked locally. Please describe the kind of cross wiki abusive activity you see from the IP. Saying an IP is a long term abuser is not helpful, but saying "IP vandalizes at ban.wikipedia, no.wikipedia and vi.wikipedia" is. This is especially important for range blocks. Accounts appear solely dedicated to spamming wikipedia. One has been blocked on more than three WMF wikis (Adamjonnes80). Vandalism has clearly spanned more than one wiki [21] [22] . ptwiki found them to be abusing multiple accounts. Firm then openly bragged about their actions in clear violation of PAID [23] [24]. This has now been covered by the Signpost. The closing admin of COM:DR/Uploads by Fhpatucci directly states the accounts uploaded copyvio material. I get no one is in a rush to lock these accounts, but I do find it would be helpful to ensuring similar events do not occur in the future by the individuals listed. –MJL ‐Talk‐^☖ 02:46, 31 May 2019 (UTC)

Yes, I can confirm that this is a case of serious cross-wiki abuse. Please check for sleepers and Globally Block their IPs. This kind of large-scale manipulation is utterly unacceptable, and it's clear that they don't plan to contribute here anyway. LightandDark2000 🌀 (talk) 05:52, 31 May 2019 (UTC)
