The Committee currently reviews applications to the 'General Support Fund' process twice a year. Rapid grants are reviewed by staff; more general requests for funding are reviewed by the Committee.

- Ventosa5103, September 2025 - Researcher at Lund University, Sweden in critical education and technology studies, ran the Wikipedia Education Program in Sweden training educators, librarians, students and faculty to get involved with Wikimedia projects and free knowledge.
- Connor Benedict, September 2025 - Connor has a background in arts and culture, project management, organisational development, process design and community activism. At Creative Commons he supported the Open Culture Program with logistics, project management, production and design activities that help make Open Access a reality for cultural heritage organisations. Currently supporting the GLAM Conference 2025 in Lisbon.
