Code fail

The headline of Meta:Administrators/Removal/October 2015 doesn't display correctly when included on Meta:Administrators/Removal, it shows "October 2014" as the previous, and "October 2015" as the next removal. It would be great if someone can fix it. --MF-W 15:35, 2 October 2015 (UTC)

@Giselle Bordoy WMAR: Why in these countries? And the subject is advocacy, a subject that requires involvement of WMF. Have you spoken with WMF about this? Thanks Romaine and Stephen LaPortefor the support and the recommendations. WMAR is concern about this law and translate this subject to the Comcom list. I will send this matther to public policy list but we need to upload the banner at least in Argentina.

Two lists with completely different criteria merged into one.

User:GVarnum-WMF moved the page "Identification noticeboard" to "Access to nonpublic information policy/Noticeboard"

The latter lists the users who have signed the new confidentiality agreement, (which I have done), but the page that was moved lists the users who have proven their identities to the WMF (which I have also done). These are two different groups of users with some overlap.

By moving this page, I no longer have proof that I have identified my real legal name (Which in my case is the same as my user name; Guy Macon) to the WMF.

Also, were people who identified but who did not sign get automatically added to the list of users who have signed? What if some of them have no problem identifying themselves but do have a problem with the new confidentiality agreement?

The identifications tracked on that page were specific to the old Access to nonpublic data policy. That policy is being replaced with the new Access to nonpublic information policy, which does not require identification. As a result, the previous noticeboard will not be maintained anymore and did not serve its original purpose. My understanding is that other departments that have their own identification needs (for things like grants) already maintains a separate list for their purposes.
If people do not agree with the new confidentiality agreement, they will not have access to non-public information, and will not be able to obtain or retain roles related to that information (such as Stewards, CheckUsers, etc.). Providing identification to the Community Advocacy team (who maintained both the old and new noticeboard) will not serve any purpose in that regards.
When Jalexander-WMF setup the new noticeboard, he moved the old one to an archived page. So, technically both lists still exist (this is noted in the header of the new list), but the identification board will no longer be maintained or actively used for its original purpose. --GVarnum-WMF (talk) 16:22, 22 October 2015 (UTC)

Those templates are pretty much for encyclopedic use and not really needed on a project that isn't an encyclopedia. We are some sort of a discussion/coordination project, where those templates aren't normally needed and so I won't import them. Marking as Not done. In theory you may be right in practice I needed those templates to seek clarification during the discussion.(These templates are not likely to cause any harm to Meta after all) I thought we are supposed to be freedom oriented project not enveloped in beurocracy for the beurocracy sake. I am bit surprised with your point of view, I wish your view gets reviewed by some one else.

The templates you linked to are mostly useful for encyclopedic articles in my opinion. Clarification can be sought in discussions without using templates. I'm not sure I understand why you think this is bureaucracy; I think they are not useful on Meta, so I agree with Barras here. --Pmlineditor (t · c · l) 18:26, 23 October 2015 (UTC)

CentralNotice change for UA
