Requests for global (un)block

It is the hobby of these IPs to replace maps of countries, globally. While one might expect some political POV-pushing behind it, I haven't noticed much of that: it concerns all sort of countries, also ones which don't have any border conflicts. It is often only the colours that vary. This is annoying and useless enough; but now appeared this second IP (it's dynamic, so less easy to track) which reverts all these map replacements, which is even more pointless. Here the IP was reverted, and reverted again giving some sort of reason really concerning the map; though meanwhile it started to give out "warnings" about the 212.etc IP... Note that global blocking currently only applies to IPs, due to a technical limitation. If you wish to request a named account for global [un]locking, please request a global [un]lock here instead. Thanks. Warning! This is not the place to ask for locks based on your opinion that someone is disruptive. Global locks are used exclusively against vandalism and spam, not because of content disputes, not because you think that someone deserves to be globally blocked.
