Provide a Reasonator like front to Wikidata

• Problem: A Wikidata item is not understandable in its current configuration. There is no one view that provides an easy understanding to the information that lurks on many scrollable pages

• Who would benefit: Every user who wants to understand the values in a Wikidata item

• Proposed solution: Have Reasonator or something similar available for everybody, using an obvious button.

•  Support maybe we can have option of different Wikidata skins that makes page look more like Reasonator. Current Wikidata front is convenient for editing and Reasonator is convenient for reading.
