Request for page protection

Hi, I suggest semi-protecting Template:User info, primarily because the template is used on ~500 (inherently global) userpages, and has fewer than 30 watchers. It has only been test-edited once (November 2015) which was reverted within the same minute, but this seems like a high-use template to leave unprotected. Thanks. Deceased user page protection?

Hello, I've just found (yes, sadly) that user Rosier is deceased since 2013, as stated in her French wikipedia user page. Is there a policy to protect deceased user pages? I blocked 3.5 year ago from Turkish Wikipedia by Mskyrider 1. And I want return to Turkish Wikipedia. And i sent messages and e-mails to any Turkish admins but they are no answering to me. A lot of puppet account slander to me by them 2-3. And they are ignored me.. Can you help me?

I would like to request "mass message sender". Am an admin on En Wikipedia and do a fair bit of work with WPMEDF. I don't know what happened. I just picked an existing translated item and made a null edit to it (added and removed a punct, then clicked 'Save translation') and it seems to have worked. Defender (talk) 07:44, 20 February 2016 (UTC)

Personal attacks

[2] MariusM asserts that the steward's team and myself are harassment enablers and are confortable with user harassment. Auvjas did so previously [3] (review contribs. for further evidence). Appart from being false statements, they're grossly insulting. Users should provide evidence of that or withdraw those insulting statements and apology, not to me, but to the whole steward team for treating them with such contempt. As I'm standing for confirmation myself, I'd preferred not to do this; but I can't stand that people continue insulting my fellow stewards with such insulting and false statements, specially when we really do deal with a lot of harassment everyday, quietly. —MarcoAurelio 22:23, 19 February 2016 (UTC)

I agree that the tone and implications of those comments are grossly wrong if nothing else. However, this is why the confirmation process is set up the way it is - we as a group can sift through those comments, realize that they are wholly untrue and not supported by any evidence, and ignore them as such. Yes, I agree with you. But I can't simply sit an see how users insults you all. Being a candidate on an election or confirmation means we're subject to community review and scrutiny, but the usual expectations of civility should apply IMHO. —MarcoAurelio 22:56, 19 February 2016 (UTC)
I understand the frustration here, but Airaddatz is right. They haven't made any actionable comments yet. Stewards can sift through and ignore comments like this, the process is setup this way. Marco is also right to expect proof or an apology here as he feels accused, but that is unlikely to happen and we are likely to have further acrimony. As an uninvolved admin, I'd be keeping an eye on these pages and future comments. Lastly, I'd expect any good admin or steward for that matter, to have a few disgruntled users in their history. ;) It doesn't mean a thing. Regards. Theo10011 (talk) 21:37, 21 February 2016 (UTC)
On second look, this user Auvias left a blanket oppose for almost all the stewards with the same comment [4]. It might have something to do with a ban and an RfC here. I assume the user is in his right to blanket oppose, we don't have policies or a body to intervene and monitor things like this?
