Наратив повеље Преамбулa Повеље покрета садржи Изјаву о вредностима, која резимира и елоквентно изражава све оно што нам је у најширем смислу важно. Примењиве ставке које покрећу стварне политике могу се извући из широког спектра потенцијалних идеја и сврстати у три категорије или сегмента: управљање, ресурсе и заједницу. Ове категорије се такође могу замислити као основни механизми који играју улогу у (1) политичком, (2) економском и (3) друштвеном/информационом домену, и представљају веома функционалан начин поделе улога.
