This follows the March 2022 vote <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Universal_Code_of_Conduct/Enforcement_guidelines/Voting/Results>, which resulted in a majority of voters supporting the Enforcement Guidelines. During the vote, participants helped highlight important community concerns.
